Start the Rectification workflow
The Rectification workflow is used to track Prime, Manufacturer, and Installer activities performed remotely or at Site to resolve the issue.
This Workflow is triggered manually
The Rectification Workflow must be manually triggered when a post-installation issue has occured at Site. Rectification jobs are automaticallly assigned to the Customer's allocated Prime.
Steps
To trigger this workflow:
- Open Console.
- Open the Customer record.
- Open the Site.
- Go to Actions and click Create rectifications request.
