Update Rectified Assets

This Task is:

  • triggered when outcome of Review Rectification Artefacts Task is Update Assets on Site.
  • done by Prime Quality & Service.

In it, you’ll review the Assets registered on the Site and update to reflect outcome of Rectification job.

Steps​

To complete this Task:

  1. To update an existing Asset:
    • Select pencil icon (✎) to edit details of the relevant Asset.
    • Click tick icon (✔️) to save asset.
    • Click Save.
  2. To add an Asset:
    • Select + Add Asset and complete the relevant fields.
    • Click tick icon to save asset.
    • Click Save.
  3. Select Complete.
