Accept a Job
As an Admin, you can use the Installer app to view and accept Jobs for your company.
You can accept any Assigned job by:
- proposing a Job date and time within our SLA window.
- nominating the team that will complete it, including the Team lead.
If you don't accept the Assigned job within the required time frame, it may be assigned to a different Installer company.

When a Job is assigned to your company, you'll receive a notification asking you to accept it. The Job will also appear in the Assigned jobs list on the Jobs dashboard.
Steps
To accept an Assigned job:
- From the Jobs dashboard, tap Assigned jobs.
- Tap the Job card.
- Review Job information and select Continue.
- Propose a date and time for the Job.
- Select the Team for the Job, including a Lead.
- Tap Confirm.
The Job's status will change to Accepted
, and it will appear in your Current jobs list. Your Prime will be notified automatically.
Next
The Customer will receive an automated text message asking them if they agree with your proposed date and time or if they want to change it. You can see this message in the Customer tab, where you can also chat with them.
