Decline a Job

As an Admin, if your Installer company is unable to complete a Job within the contracted SLA, you can decline it.

Steps

To reject a Job:

1. Go to Assigned jobs, and tap on the Job.
2. Tap Decline.
3. Select a Reason for rejecting the Job.
4. Tap Decline job.

The Job will be removed from your Assigned jobs list. The Prime will be notified automatically.
