New

  • We’ve updated the Home screen to improve how you track and manage Jobs.
    • Admins will see:
      • Jobs to accept: These Jobs have been assigned to your company.
      • Jobs to schedule: These Jobs have been accepted by your company and need a confirmed date with the Customer.
    • All users, including Admins, will see:
      • Jobs to submit: The Job date has passed, and there are incomplete Tasks that need to be submitted.
      • Jobs scheduled for today, regardless of Job status.
      • Quick links to upcoming, submitted, and completed Jobs.
  • Push notifications have been configured for:
    • Daily reminders of any overdue Jobs.
    • When a Job has been assigned to your company.
  • Admins can now filter chat notifications to show only unread messages. A new 'Mark all as read' option is available for easier message management.
  • Overdue Jobs are now clearly marked with a banner on the Job card, making it easier to identify outstanding work.
  • We've also made several updates to Job lists to improve performance and usability. They now:
    • Load faster by showing a preview of site layout image.
    • Can be sorted by the Job completed date.
    • Have the placeholder site layout image removed for rectification Jobs.

Improved

  • Job notifications for overdue Jobs now link directly to the relevant Job list for quicker access.
  • UX/UI updates have been applied across the Job workflow to improve usability and consistency.
