Navigate the Installer app

The Installer app consists of Job lists, Job spaces, and a Jobs dashboard.

Jobs lists

Job lists allow you to see all the Jobs in a specific category. For example, there are lists for Open jobs, Assigned jobs, Current jobs, and Completed jobs. Which lists you can access will depend on your role. Admins have access to all lists, while Installers only have access to the Current jobs list.

Open jobs list (Admin-only)

Open jobs are available to you and other Installer companies in our network. We offer them on a first-come, first-serve basis. If you see a Job in this list, you can accept it as long as you can schedule it within our SLA window.

Assigned jobs list (Admin-only)

Assigned jobs have been exclusively allocated to your Installer company. You can accept them as long as you can schedule them within our SLA window. If you don't accept and schedule them within the agreed SLA, we'll re-assign them to another company.

Current jobs list

Current jobs are those that your Installer company has accepted. All roles can see this list.

Completed jobs list (Admin-only)

Completed jobs are those that your Installer company has successfully finished.

Job spaces

In a Job space, you'll find all the info you need to complete a Job, such as what you'll check or install, and the forms you need to fill out. Here Admins and Team leads can also chat with the Customer.

To open a Job space, tap on a Job in a Job list.

Jobs dashboard

The Jobs dashboard is an Admin-only view. From here, you can navigate to admin-only Job lists, such as Open jobs, Assigned jobs, and Completed jobs.
