Job statuses

These are the statuses a Job will pass through as it progresses.

StatusDescription
AssignedThe Job has been allocated to your Installer company, and an Admin needs to accept and schedule it.
AcceptedAn Admin has accepted the Job, proposed a date, and nominated a team.
ScheduledYou and the Customer have agreed to the Job date, and an Admin or Team lead has marked it as Confirmed in the app.
PreparedThe Prime has completed all tasks required prior to the Job date.
RescheduledYou and the Customer have agreed to a new Job date, and an Admin or Team lead has updated this in the app.
SubmittedAll tasks for a Job have been submitted for review.
ReviewedAll tasks for a Job have been reviewed and approved.
CommissionedFor Installation jobs only. All compliance artefacts for a Job have been reviewed and approved.
CompletedThe Job has been reviewed and approved by UPowr.
