Rectification jobs

Job pack​

The Job pack for a Rectification includes:

  • Job info sheet - this contains details regarding the issues detected and the affect assets from your Prime.
  • Job installer sheet - this contains a checklist of tasks to complete at Site. This is typically used for off-app Jobs.
  • Any additional documents and photos provided by your Prime relating to the issues detected.

Tasks​

Rectification jobs have only one task - the Rectification checklist.

Rectification checklist​

Purpose​

To allow an Inspector to:

  • ensure site walk-around and set-up procedures have been completed correctly and safely.
  • investigate the issues raised and any required return to Site actions.
  • provide information about any hardware replaced.

Sign-off requirements​

Must be done by a qualified person, based on the issues raised.

Timing​

Completed and signed off on Rectification day.
