Overview
Site inspections and Installations follow the same Workflow. The only difference is the Tasks that you must complete.
Core workflow steps
You'll need to do these steps when completing a Job through the Installer app.
Step | Role | Notes |
---|---|---|
Accept a Job | Admin | To accept the Job, the Admin proposes a date and time and nominates the team for it. |
Schedule a Job | Admin or Team lead | Once the Customer agrees to a date and time, the Admin or Team lead schedules the Job. If necessary, they can also reschedule the Job. |
View Job details | All | The whole team can view the Job details and understand what they need to do. |
Complete Tasks | All | On the day of the Job, Installers complete the required Tasks and any associated forms. |

Decline a job | Admin | If you can't schedule a Job within the required SLA, you can decline it. |
Reschedule a job | Admin or Team lead | If the scheduled date and time not longer suit you or the Customer, you can reschedule the Job. |
