Overview

Site inspections and Installations follow the same Workflow. The only difference is the Tasks that you must complete.

Core workflow steps

You'll need to do these steps when completing a Job through the Installer app.

Accept a JobAdminTo accept the Job, the Admin proposes a date and time and nominates the team for it.
Schedule a JobAdmin or Team leadOnce the Customer agrees to a date and time, the Admin or Team lead schedules the Job. If necessary, they can also reschedule the Job.
View Job detailsAllThe whole team can view the Job details and understand what they need to do.
Complete TasksAllOn the day of the Job, Installers complete the required Tasks and any associated forms.

Decline a jobAdminIf you can't schedule a Job within the required SLA, you can decline it.
Reschedule a jobAdmin or Team leadIf the scheduled date and time not longer suit you or the Customer, you can reschedule the Job.
