Reschedule a Job
If you need to reschedule a Job, for example, if the weather doesn't allow you to complete it safely, the first step is to confirm a new date and time for it with the Customer. You can then reschedule it through the Installer app.
Steps
To reschedule the Job:
- Go to Current jobs and open the Job.
- Go to the Chat tab to speak to the Customer and confirm a new date and time.
- Go to the Overview tab, find the scheduling information, and tap Change.
- Enter the new date and time.
- Select the Rescheduling reason .
The Job status will change to Rescheduled
, and you'll see the updated date and time in the Overview tab.
Next
The Customer will receive a text message letting them know the new date and time. The Prime Operator will also be informed of the new Job date and time.
