Schedule a Job

When you accept a Job, you'll also propose a date and time to complete it. This is then sent to the Customer so they can agree to it or suggest a new one.

Once you and the Customer have agreed to a date and time for the Job, you can schedule it.

What to do if the Customer doesn't respond

If the Customer doesn't respond to your calls or messages, contact your Prime.

Contact a Customer

You can contact a Customer through the Customer tab in a Job space.

From here you can:

  • text the Customer.
  • see automated texts sent to the Customer to schedule or reschedule the Job.
  • see the chat history of previous jobs that your company has completed at the Site.

In addition, Admins and Team leads can start a phone call with the Customer.

The app hides your phone number

The number you see in the app is a masked number, to allow your Contact details and those of your Customer's to remain private.

Steps

To schedule the Job:

  1. Go to the Customer tab.
  2. Tap Confirm [job type] date.
  3. Tap:
    • Yes if the Customer agreed to your original proposed date and time.
    • No, change date if you and the Customer have agreed to a new date and time.
  4. If required, enter the new date and time for the Job.

The Job's status will change to Scheduled. You will also have access to the Job Tasks. Your Prime will be notified automatically.
