When you accept a Job, you get access to its Space. Each Job space contains everything you need to complete a Job. You can also message the Customer from here if you're an admin or Job lead.

Job space

In the Job space, you'll see these tabs:

  • Overview
  • Job pack
  • Customer
  • Tasks

What you see in these tabs will change depending on whether the Job is for a Site inspection or Installation.

Overview tab

The Overview tab contains a summary for the Job. It includes information such as the:

  • Team completing the Job.
  • Products in the system, such as the inverter, panels, and battery.
  • Customer name and address.
  • Job reference, status, and type.

Job pack tab

The Job pack tab contains documents that you need to complete the Job.

For a Site inspection, these include:

  • Site inspection details
  • Site layout image

For an Installation, these include:

  • Install job info sheet
  • Site inspection report
  • Single-line diagram
  • Permission to connect
  • Bill of materials
  • Leave behind pack
  • Photos (site layout, switchboard)

Customer tab

From the Customer tab, Admins and Job leads can:

  • See automated texts, such as scheduling texts.
  • Message the Customer.
  • Trigger call to Customer.

If your company has completed previous Jobs at this Site, you'll be able to see the chat history from these Jobs too.

Once the job status is COMPLETED, you will no longer be able to message or call the Customer.

Tasks tab

The Tasks tab contains forms you must fill out to complete the Job.

For a Site inspection, this is the Site inspection checklist.

For an Installation, these include:

  1. Pre-installation checklist
  2. Roof works installation
  3. System installation
  4. Commissioning sheet

Log tab

From the Customer tab, Admins and Job leads can view any events that occur on the Job. This includes any changes to the:

  1. Job status
  2. Job pack
  3. Job date
  4. Job team
