- When a Job is assigned to the Installer through the app, they will receive a push notification.
Improved
- Using the Home app, you can now find records by searching by NMI or suburb and filtering by the Site's state.
- We enhanced the performance of the Quote page in the CX Platform, making it load quickly and seamlessly.
- An operator can now change the Installer assigned to a Job when the job status is Assigned. All events related to assigning an Installer to the Job are now recorded and shown on Assign Job to Installer and App Tasks.
Fixed
- On the Quote record, the Home button in the breadcrumb trail did not link to the Home app. This has now been fixed.
