Manage bundles

A Bundle is a collection of SKUs that is grouped and sold as a single unit for a set price.

You can manage Bundles using the BOM Automator app. From here you can:

• Create a new Bundle
• Update an existing Bundle

Unlike rule sets, Bundles apply to all Project and Prime contractor classes.

Create a new Bundle

Before you can create a Bundle, you need to create a Bundle SKU. You can do this in the Pricing manager, where you also enter its description and set its overall price.

To create a Bundle:

1. Open the BOM Automator app in Console.
2. Select the Bundles tab.
3. Click Add Bundle.
4. In the Add Bundle modal:
   • Enter the Bundle name.
   • Select the Bundle SKU.
   • Define how the Bundle is identified based on Conditions and SKUs.
   • Select additional SKUs to be included in the Bundle.
5. Click Save changes to save without publishing and test your proposed changes in the BOM tester. Or, to publish your changes immediately, click Save and publish changes.

Update an existing Bundle

To update an existing Bundle:

1. Open the BOM Automator app in Console.
2. Find the Bundle, then click the arrow to expand the rule.
3. Click Edit.
4. Update the Bundle as required.
5. Click Save changes to save without publishing and test your proposed changes in the BOM tester. Or, to publish your changes immediately, click Save and publish changes.
