Console

Console is an admin tool where you can manage Customers, Products, and Platform settings.

You need an invite to log into Console

Contact your System admin if you haven't received your invite.

Records

On Console, you can use Records to view information and perform actions.

For example, you can use a Customer record to see all the information associated with a Customer.

To find a Record, you can use Console home.

Apps

On Console, you can use Apps to modify information.

For example, you can use the Pricing management app to add and edit Product SKUs and see the history of any changes.

Your role on the Platform will determine Records and Apps you have access to. To find an App, you can use the App switcher.

Using the Omnibox

You can open Apps by searching for them in the Omnibox. To open it from anywhere in Console, use the shortcut:

  • + k for Macs
  • ctrl + k for Windows
