Onboard Customer Site task

This Task is:

  • triggered when a Customer is created in, or transferred into, the UPowr platform.
  • done by Principal Design.

In it, you’ll review the information the system was able to pre-fill and manually enter other information where required.

Outcomes

Pre-filled sections

The information the Customer has entered and uploaded is provided in the Project request section. It may also be used to pre-fill the Details and Bills sections.

Details

This is where you review or enter information about the installation Site. If the Customer provided this information during the lead submission or product application stage, many fields here will be pre-filled.

Files

This is where you can view any files provided by the Customer, including recent electricity bills and the switchboard photo.

Energy usage and retail offer

This is where you enter information about the Customer’s energy usage and bill amounts. If they:

  • Uploaded a PDF of a recent electricity bill - the Bill readings tab may be pre-filled.
  • Entered a historical bill amount - the Bill amounts tab will be pre-filled.
  • Uploaded a non-PDF bill - this section will be blank, and you’ll need to view their bill to fill out the Bill amounts or Bill readings tab.

The energy profile and retail offer will be automatically selected based on the DNSP. You can, however, override these with preconfigured or custom offers.

Interval meter data

The UPowr platform is able to ingest meter data at 30-minute intervals for a Site. If this option is used, the data will be shown on the Site record.
