Jobs overview

A Job is a service performed by an Installer at the Customer’s Site. On the Platform, information about a Job is consolidated on a Job record.

Job record​

On a Job record you can see:

  • information about the Customer, their Site, and the system we quoted them.
  • information about the Job, including its status, who did it, and any Installer notes.
  • artefacts created during the Job, including reports and photos.

From this record, you can:

  • Preview, upload, and download Job files
  • Reschedule Jobs
  • Cancel Jobs
