This Task is:

  • triggered when an Operator approves a Customer’s Site for the product or program.
  • for all Quote types.

In it, you’ll record the outcome of the customer’s Title and Credit Check.

Steps​

To complete this Task:

  1. Upload documents with the outcomes of the Title and Credit Check.
  2. Enter the Customer’s Credit score.
  3. Select the Title and Credit Check outcome.
  4. Click Complete.
