Prepare quotes

This Task is:

  • triggered when one or more draft Quotes are created
  • completed by Prime System Design

In it, you'll see all draft Quotes that have been created for a Customer, and for each one you can choose whether to:

  • Edit it to change the system design
  • Duplicate it to create a new Quote starting with the same system design
  • Void it if its not needed
  • Leave it as is

When all Quotes are ready for publishing, you can then complete the Task.

To complete this Task:

  1. Review the Quotes.
  2. If required, Edit, Duplicate, or Void them.
  3. When the Quotes are ready for publishing, or have been voided, click Complete.
