Start the Update Job Quote workflow
The Update Job Quote workflow is used to process a Quote change request on an Installation job.
This Workflow is triggered manually
The Update Quote Job Workflow must be manually triggered during an active installation Job. A Quote can not be updated on a completed or cancelled Installation job.

Steps
To trigger this workflow:
- Open Console.
- Open the Job record.
- Go to Actions and click Change Quote.
- Click Ok.
Job alerts
It is not advisable to update the Installation Job workflow while a Quote change request is being processed. Job alerts will be visible on the Job record and on all open tasks to warn operators of an active Update Job Quote workflow.
