You need an account to access the support portal

Before you can access the portal, your account administrator will need to create a support account for you. You'll then be able to raise requests at UPowr platform support

For assistance from the UPowr platform Support team, visit our support portal. Here you can raise a request to:

  • Report a bug - Choose this if you experience a problem during user acceptance testing (UAT).
  • Suggest an improvement - Choose this to let us know if something could be better.
  • Report an issue - Choose this if something isn’t working as expected. Based on the severity of the issue, this will notify our IT support team to respond to your query promptly.

To expedite troubleshooting, please include either a video of the issue (first preference) or a description and screenshots, and any steps you’ve already taken.

For urgent technical issues, the issue or incident log will notify our team accordingly. Please get in touch with your key Partner Delivery point of contact if you require further immediate attention.
