Overview: Rectification Workflow

This workflow:

  • begins when a Customer’s Site requires post-installation support.
  • ends when support has been provided, and the issue has been resolved.

Core Tasks

These Tasks form the default Rectification Workflow. They're designed to enable your team to take a Rectification Job from start to finish.

You can change the Tasks that appear in this Workflow by configuring your Customer class flags. All Jobs in this workflow are currently completed off-app.
