Review Rectification artefacts

This Task is:

  • triggered when Upload Rectification documents Task is completed.
  • done by Prime Quality & Service.

In it, you’ll review the artefacts that the Installer has provided and determine if the Asset Register needs to be updated.

Outcomes​

The outcomes of this Task are based on events at Site:

  • No change to Assets - The Asset wasn't modified or replaced at Site, and the Asset register doesn't need to be updated.
  • Update Assets on Site - The Asset was modified at Site, and the Asset register needs to be updated.

Steps​

To complete this Task:

  1. Go to Job files and review the Rectification artefacts.
  2. Select an Outcome for the Rectification artefact review and add any comments.
  3. Click Complete.

Next Task​

The next Task is determined by this Task’s outcome. If it’s:

  • No change to Assets - Complete Rectification review Task.
  • Update Assets on Site - Update Rectified Assets Task.
