Confirm Site inspection

This Task is:

  • triggered when an Operator approves the Site inspection, allowing the Job to proceed.
  • for on-app and off-app Jobs.
  • done by Prime System Design.

In it, you’ll provide notes to the Installer to help them complete the Site inspection. When you complete this Task, the Platform will generate the Site inspection info sheet. Your notes will be added to this info sheet and saved to the Job record.

Steps​

To complete this Task:

  1. Review the Job details.
  2. Go to Job note for Installer and enter notes.
  3. Click Complete.
Customer mobile number must be verified for Installer app comms

If the Customer's mobile number isn't verified, you won't be able to send them SMS notifications or call them via the Installer app. A warning will appear on the Task to let you know this. To enable Installer app comms, you need to verify their number.
