Review Site inspection artefacts
This Task is:
- triggered when Site inspection artefacts have been uploaded to the Platform.
- for on-app Jobs the Installer does this through the app.
- for off-app Jobs an Operator does this as part of the Upload Site inspection Checklist and Photos Task.
- for on-app and off-app Jobs.
- done by Prime Review Design
In it, you’ll review the artefacts that the Installer has provided and select an outcome for the Job.
Next Task
Outcomes
The outcomes of this Task are based on the existing Quote:
- No change to Quote - it doesn't need any changes.
- Update Quote variations - its site annotations or variations need to be changed.
- Redesign Site and Quote - it needs to be voided, and a new Site design and Quote has to be created for the Customer.
- Site failed inspection - the system is unable to be installed on this Site
Steps
To complete this Task:
- Go to Job files and Installer tasks to review the Site inspection artefacts.
- You can click on a PDF to view it within the Task.
- You can download all files to view them on your computer.
- Select a Site inspection outcome.
- Click Review complete.
